About us

In order to tell the story of our work, the first steps, and the vision of business that we kept from the very beginning, we must go back to a different time. Now, given the number of successful projects behind us, back in 2000 when started working, as the then "Urban Constructor" seems so long ago.

From the start, the desire was to work on high-budget, layered and complex projects and to impose itself on the market as a leader and visionary. We succeeded in that. We have worked and continue to cooperate with well-known companies, which you can see on our reference list. We are recognized as their quality partner whose results are always above investor expectations and performance is on time and at the level.

We have imposed this standard of work, ideas, visions, solutions, and the final product on ourselves, with the desire to always provide more and better and go beyond our limits to achieve excellence.

Our paths have not always been easy. We have faced many challenges that have taught us valuable lessons and ennoble our corporate spirit, so on the wave of rich experience, we are moving further into a brighter construction future.

We participated in projects for the construction of shopping centers, industrial plants, residential buildings, hotel complexes, and family houses. We are proud of the quality of work performed, good working atmosphere, satisfied customers and investors, and suppliers and subcontractors.
